Behavioral Resource Group. will assess each respondent that qualifies after the first four steps of our process. Once a candidate has been assessed, the full profile can be benchmarked against successful personnel in our Pinnacle Database of over 25,000 persons as it relates to that particular job qualification. Each potential hire will then be measured against their direct reports to determine how the behavioral and attitude will match as a subordinate or leader. When the mix is workable, the process will continue. This process is to create workable teams who can relate on multiple levels covering behavior, attitude, skill, emotional intelligence, etc. Assessments & Hierarchy’s is what we do. After an evaluation, if the client is not satisfied with the employee’s performance then BRG will meet with the problem individual and determine the issues at hand. After determinations, BRG will provide coaching and/or behavioral interfacing with client to ensure productivity. If respondent is unresponsive at that time, BRG will reevaluate. If unsuccessful, BRG will do what has to be done until a suitable client can be found at ½ the original costs.
