Relax.

If you’re tired, take a nap. If you’re hungry, eat. If you are offended, let that person know.

It’s the angry people that get everything done in the world. The passive folks keep it that way. The fearful keep it from falling apart and the optimists convince the rest of us that everything is going to be all right.

If a stranger comes to your home, give him a meal. If he must stay the night, give him a bed. Ih he needs to stay another night, give him a shovel.

Our job is not to change others, but to influence others for good. Change can only come from the inside out; that’s why only you can change your mind.
